Using this information, Atlantic Staffing Consultants will execute a recruitment search and screen the best candidates not just for interest but also availability and qualification for the position.  Finally, using our knowledge of your company’s business culture, we can further determine if the candidate has the right fit.

Your involvement after this is purely at your discretion. If you want to help conduct interviews, perhaps for a permanent placement, you can be assured that the candidates you are interviewing are the select few who truly meet your needs. If you prefer, we will conduct all interviews and place the final candidate.

Once the selected candidate is working at your company, they will either finish the project as needed – such as for a temporary assignment – or you may find that you want the employee to stay on permanently.  If you want the employee to stay on permanently, you can either take them on directly to your payroll as a direct employee, or we can continue to manage them from an HR perspective by taking care of their taxes, paychecks, benefits and more.  One of our consultants can help you explore the best path forward for your company.
